What's your favourite food?

Either a traditional roast chicken dinner or my mum's jerk chicken, rice and peas. Good traditional English and Jamaican food!

What's your favourite film?

I don't really have one but I do tend to prefer British and European films rather than big Hollywood blockbusters. I suppose if I had to choose one it'd be Gypo, a British art-house film - very arty, very clever.

What's your favourite book?

How can you have one? I suppose one would be Spiritual Fitness by Caroline Reynolds...actually let's leave it at that, otherwise I'll end up listing 20 books.

Who's your favourite actor or actress?

Emily Blunt and Samuel L. Jackson

Do you have any pets?

No. I've always wanted to have a dog but it's just never happened. Whenever I've had goldfish they've died on me so maybe getting a dog might not be the best idea.

What do you enjoy doing?

I enjoy rambling, travelling around the UK and overseas, going to the gym, yoga, cooking and hosting dinner parties and then all the standard stuff - reading, watching films and so on.

What's your idea of a perfect weekend?

A really nice brunch with friends, a walk in the park, a film in the afternoon and then getting together with friends in the evening for dinner or dancing all night!

When are you at your happiest?

When I'm anywhere on the Dorset coast. It's my favourite place in the world, I love it. Preferably with friends, blue skies and sunshine!

What one thing could you not live without?

Material or emotional? Well, the material thing would be my laptop. I had to do without it a few months back and it's amazing how cut off you can feel without a connection to the internet! Emotionally, I couldn't live without my family.

Do you believe in love at first sight?

Yes, I totally do. I've fallen victim a couple of times and be warned because it's very dangerous! Dangerous but amazing - it's like walking on clouds.

What's the scariest thing you've ever done?

Night diving on the Barrier Reef in Australia. I had done a day dive but I'm not great with water anyway and on the night dive you swim down into a black abyss and all the time you're just thinking 'if this torch dies...'

What three things would you take with you to a desert island?

My laptop for music and writing my memoirs! I'd want to have a nice big crate of Scrumpy Jack cider and some DIY equipment so that I could build a raft to get to another island if I got fed up of my one.
